Q - Why am I asked to pay extra in cash for a prepaid ride after the trip ends?

A - The extra charges are only applicable if there is any toll or parking charges etc.

Q - Why is my pay later ride more expensive than a prepaid ride?

A- When a customer books a prepaid ride, they are eligible for an exclusive offer. Hence, there is a difference in price.

Q - Will I be charged for cancelling a trip?

A - If the booking is cancelled before the pick up time, you will not be charged for the cancellation and if cancellation takes place after boarding the cab, there will be no refund.

Q - What modes of payments are available?

A- We accept UPI, Credit & Debit Card, Net Banking, Phonepe Wallet and cash as modes of payment.

Q - Do riders have to pay extra for tolls or parkings?

A - Yes, the riders have to pay extra for tolls and parkings.

Q - Is there a waiting fee?

A- There is no waiting charge till 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

A - You will receive your Cab Driver details 20 mins prior to your pick up time.

A- You will receive all the updates via WhatsApp texts along with the cab driver’s location tracking link.

Q - What should I do if I don't get my cab driver details even 20 min
prior to my pick up?

A- You can call us on our helpline number for assistance 08046800969.

Q - Can I request for a specific car for my pick up?

A - While booking the cab you can choose the cab type of your choice like hatchback, sedan or SUV.

Q - Where can I raise issues regarding my ride/driver?

Q - How to share feedback?

A - You can give us feedback on the feedback link which is sent via WhatsApp on trip completion or you can share your feedback at care@bookairportcab.com.

Q - How do I get an invoice for my trip?

A - You need to download the invoice from the cab confirmation page or you can download it from the trip end message.

Q - How to modify/edit my trip?

A - In case of any modifications in trip, a link is shared via whatsapp with which you can edit your trip.

Q - Will the driver wait if the event gets delayed or if I get late
due to some unforeseen circumstances after landing?

A - The driver will wait for 20 mins without any extra charges and beyond that the customer will be charged depending upon the time taken.
